Project Title: Kiran Kaveri Farmhouse

The Kiran Kaveri Farmhouse is a premium residential farmhouse project located in the scenic surroundings of Kunda, Coorg. Designed with a harmonious blend of classic and modern architecture, the project emphasizes timeless aesthetics, natural materials, and contemporary functionality while complementing the lush landscape of Coorg.

The farmhouse features a built-up area of approximately 4,800 sq. ft. with an additional 2,200 sq. ft. landscaped lawn, creating generous indoor and outdoor living spaces. The design concept revolves around a luxurious farmhouse lifestyle where traditional craftsmanship meets modern convenience.

A defining characteristic of the project is the extensive use of teak wood, which covers nearly 70% of the architectural and interior elements. Vintage-inspired wooden finishes, handcrafted detailing, and traditional sliding wooden doors contribute to the warm and elegant character of the residence. The interiors are designed in a vintage style while incorporating modern amenities for enhanced comfort.

The residence includes two fully functional kitchens:

• A modern modular Western kitchendesigned for everyday cooking and entertaining.
• A dedicated Indian kitchenplanned to accommodate traditional cooking requirements.

The exterior architecture is enhanced with natural-size stone wall cladding and Monkey Joint stone patterning, giving the building a rustic yet refined appearance that blends seamlessly with the surrounding environment.
